VendRequest unveiled

All vending companies claim to provide the best customer service and most believe that they do but few can prove it.

The Vending Intelligence Agency has launched VendRequest  – a new smartphone tool designed especially for UK Vending operators.

VendRequest is a web-based system that allows vending machine end users to quickly and easily contact the operator in the event of a service issue.

By scanning the user’s unique QR code located within the service sticker the customer can, by using their smart phone, interact with the operating company in a number of unique and innovative ways; whether the customer needs to easily and immediately report the most common service faults, report a machine problem, request a refund, suggest new products or have instant access to nutritional information and allergen advice on the products relevant to that vending machine.
