Kraft Vending Machine uses facial recognition to keep sweets away from kids

Kraft Foods, a US-based confectionery, food and beverage conglomerate, has  rolled out a machine in Chicago that dispenses its mousse-like Temptations dessert by Jell-O.

The new machine, developed by Intel, detects facial age  with a special camera that scans face and determines whether the customer is an  adult or a kid.  When the machine detects a kid, it shuts down and requests the kid to step away. If the machine detects an adult then it dispenses products.
