A talking vending machine….

Meet “Kenneth,” the talking vending machine stationed in Soho Square, London. An ‘employee’ of U.K. Coffee Company Kenco  Millicano, Kenneth will give you a free cup of coffee on one condition, you  must do as he says. Passers-by were shouted at to stop, give him a hug, do a  dance and other random acts. If they complied, he treated them to coffee.

A result of ad agency Leo Burnett’s genius, more and more brands are creating interactive experiences to  catch consumers’ attention. In this case instead of consumers telling a machine  what they want it to do, the machine turns and gives the orders.  By  turning protocol on its head Kenco Millicano creates a unique experience for the consumer.
