Random sandwiches to adventurous lunch lovers

Menus can be overwhelming. The more choices there are, the more you expect to  find the perfect meal; yet, at the same time, the larger the selection the less  likely it becomes that you’ll choose the most optimal option.

Now Randwhiches a  Brooklyn-based sandwich service is simplifying things by removing all choice.  For 7 dollars customers can order a random sandwich. You may get  the five-spice meatballs with lavender béchamel, but you may not. The  only downside is that customers must place orders (online) at least two  days in advance, and the company only accepts PayPal and Venmo. Will their  culinary experiment nullify the paradox of choice? We’ll see.
