Meet the team - Richard Crossman

Richard has a passion for the vending industry which is evident to everyone who meets him. He prides himself on his professionalism and a detailed, rigorous approach to the delivery of high standards of performance.

He has held Senior Management positions at an operational level for over 35 years, 14 of those in the retail sector and 21 years working in the vending industry.

He was personally responsible for the Account Management and day to day vending service provided to many key clients, such as Lloyds TSB, Metropolitan Police, Imperial College of London, Deutche Bank, London Stock Exchange and Gatwick BAA.

 

 

Richard’s excellent interpersonal and communication skills enable him to build on long term relationships, managing and developing those effectively and efficiently.

He also has expert knowledge of Cashless Systems and Telemetry, the enthusiasm and business acumen he brings to the team further enhances the range of services that Thirst Link provides to our customers.
