Mark has many years of senior management experience in the Vending sector, having held Managing Director level and operating board positions in Sales and Operations.
He has set up UK and International businesses from greenfield sites, arranging financial backing, setting up operational procedures, formulating sales and marketing strategy and writing credit policies, which means he understands organisations’ critical drivers.
Gaining a clear understanding of the need for business planning and the setting of key performance indicators, has enabled him to support organisations in their quest to improve efficiency, maximise profitability, reduce cost levels and free up management time.
Mark’s ‘can do’ attitude to challenges and his strategic awareness are factors in his ability to improve a company’s results. As a practised coach and trainer, he has the interpersonal skills to ensure he develops long term relationships with clients, which lead to mutual trust and success.
As a member of the Thirst Link team, Mark is now using his business skills to deliver substantial improvements to major clients’ Vending and Water services.
