Before joining Thirst Link, Andy was an in-house consultant for a global contract caterer, undertaking the evaluation of needs and opportunities for vending services within their client’s sites across the UK. In that position, he worked with operations teams and suppliers to improve performance and profitability of vending through effective equipment management, placement and branding.
His approach is to publicly question “business as usual” by comparing current practices against strategic intent and external best practices, and to constructively challenge working methods and procedures in order to foster long term sustainable growth and profitability.
He enhances the team with his vast experience of establishing and reviewing systems and procedures to support the effective operation of a client’s business, and developing the tools to analyse its performance.
Throughout his working life, Andy has developed the skills to not only listen to, but understand the needs of his clients, before providing recommendations on the right solution – the very ethos of Thirst Link.
