With over 30 years’ of experience in vending, Pauline has gained an in-depth understanding of suppliers, vending machines and best practice within the vending and POU water industry. Her role over the years has centred mainly on customer care and strategic client retention, therefore she has a clear appreciation of the level of service that today’s consumers and clients expect.
