Malcolm Buckenham

With more than 30 years experience within the Foodservice, Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant and Café markets, Malcolm has provided catering and vending services for most of the top 100 FTSE companies in either Operational, National Account or Sales management roles. He has also held a Brand Manager position and a Head Barista role for one of the High Streets best known coffee brands.

Malcolm is an active member of the Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE) and is an accredited technical and sensory UK Barista Championship judge. Malcolm has significant knowledge of coffee and all other ingredients, especially in terms of the whole coffee house experience.

In addition to being our resident coffee expert, Malcolm also has specialist knowledge of the POU Water market gained from working closely with all the major players and from the many water tenders he has managed. With his exceptional customer service focus and marketing knowledge he has an adept understanding and ability to recommend to Thirst Link clients the most appropriate and cost effective vending and POU water solutions.
