TLC are very pleased to report that following a 3 year period working as the vending consultants to Deloitte LLP we have successfully
renewed our contract for a further 3 years. This coincided with TLC assisting Deloitte to replace the vending machines across their entire estate and renew the operating contract with their existing supplier.
TLC continues to be involved in the on-going monitoring of the vending contract for both the London and Regional estates. This has involved overseeing the operating contracts, SLAs and KPIs, which TLC had written on behalf of the client, as well as ensuring budgets are adhered to. We also advised the client on initiatives within the industry to reduce carbon footprint, as CSR matters are hugely important to this client.
